Add new Designations for the employees

Designations help define and categorize employee roles within the organization, such as Manager, Executive, Developer, HR Specialist, or Team Lead. By setting up designations, you can effectively manage roles, responsibilities, and job-specific permissions across your teams.


How to Add a New Designation

  1. Navigate to:
    Company Management → Designation

  2. Click "Add Designation."

  3. Fill in the required details:

  4. Click Create to save the designation.

Once the designation is created, it will be available for assigning to employees within the specified branch and department.


Managing Designations

After adding a designation, you can:

For editing, updating, changing the status, or deleting any designation. Go to Teamiy Dashboard -> Company Management -> Designations.
Here you can update or delete any designation of any department or branch.

Designations help streamline team organization, making it easier to manage employees based on their roles and responsibilities.
