The Add Resignation feature in Teamiy allows employees or HR Admin to record resignation requests in the system. This ensures proper tracking of employee exits and helps HR manage approvals, notice periods, and transition processes efficiently.
Log in to your Teamiy account
Go to HR Admin and the Resignation
Click Add Resignation

This will open the resignation submission form.

Enter the required information to submit an employee resignation in Teamiy. Each field helps HR properly record and manage the resignation process.
01. Branch – Select the branch where the employee is currently working. This ensures the resignation is linked to the correct company location.
02. Department – Choose the department of the employee. This helps organize resignation records by department.
03. Employee – Select the employee who is resigning from the list.
04. Resignation Date – Enter the date when the employee submitted the resignation request. This marks the official resignation submission date.
05. Last Working Date – Select the employee’s final working day in the organization. This helps HR manage the notice period and transition process.
06. Status – Choose the resignation status.
Pending – Resignation is under review.
Approved – Resignation is accepted
Rejected – Resignation is declined
07. Document – Upload the resignation letter or any supporting document (optional).
08. Reason – Enter the reason for resignation to keep proper HR records.

Confirm dates and employee information
Click Save or Submit

The resignation request will be recorded and appear in the HR dashboard for approval.
Once saved, the resignation will appear in the Resignation List. HR can track the status, approve or reject it, and manage the employee’s exit process efficiently.
