Creating and managing meetings in Teamiy is quick and efficient. Follow these steps to schedule a meeting for your team:
Open Teamiy in your browser or desktop app.
Enter your credentials and log in.
Make sure you have the necessary permissions to schedule meetings.

From the dashboard, locate the “Meetings” tab in the main menu.
Click “Create Meeting” or “Schedule New Meeting."


Branch & Department: Select the relevant branch and department for the meeting.
Meeting Title: Give your meeting a clear, descriptive name.
Meeting Venue: Enter the location or platform for the meeting.
Date & Time: Schedule the meeting date and start time.
Meeting Participants: Choose participants from your team.
Description & Attachments: Add an agenda, notes, or images to provide context.

Review all meeting details you’ve entered.
Make any necessary edits to the title, date, participants, or description.
Click “Create or Create & Send Invitation” to schedule the meeting and notify all participants.
Participants will receive notifications with the meeting details, ensuring everyone is informed and ready.
